Communities of San Gabriel Valley Project Access

The Communities of San Gabriel Valley Project Access is a vibrant 501(c)(3) non-profit organization propelled by volunteers, dedicated to improving access to essential resources across the diverse San Gabriel Valley region.

 

Our recently launched free downloadable app, Community Linked Sources®, leverages digital technology to serve as a crucial link, connecting our nearly two million residents to a vast array of resources, including healthcare, social services, and other community resources. Going beyond the boundaries of the Los Angeles County Service Planning Areas (SPAs), we unite them under a user-friendly digital platform. Through partnerships with various organizations, we strive to integrate the county's valuable resources, knowledge, and services, ensuring equitable access for all.

 

Central to our initiatives is our innovative AI-powered mobile application, engineered to offer immediate access to a wide range of resources, 24/7. With a foundation in empowerment and inclusivity, the app bridges accessibility gaps and addresses the specific needs of each SPA's population. Additionally, it addresses various aspects of health and well-being, with dedicated sections for issues such as homelessness and food insecurity, among others.
